These three lectures are on the theme of how to avoid burnout when dealing with the demands of students, colleagues and parents. For the educational task of dealing with students the use of imagination in forming pictures of the destiny of the students will be addressed. For working with parents the use of imaginative perception in structuring productive conversations by asking questions will be the focus of a lecture. For working with colleagues the imaginative perception of placing issues into sleep will be addressed in the last lecture.

    Working Meditatively / Students: The creation of moral imagination, seeing into the potential of students, sentient soul, mind soul and consciousness soul in teaching, the role of the sentient body in adolescence
  • Lecture 2
    Working Meditatively / Parents: The alchemical nigredo state of consciousness, thinking backwards to master the art of timing, overcoming reaction, the daily review exercise, the difference between discipline and nagging, content and intent in evaluation process, paper trails
  • Lecture 3
    Working Meditatively / Colleagues: Establishing the ability to mirror another, working with the alternation of silence and dialogue as social process, authentic prayer
