This course addresses the common issue of how to transform beliefs and values that were part of the family of origin influences in childhood.

At critical stages in life these belief structures arise as challenges to emotional growth. It is as if you are fighting against a core of yourself when these hidden values about wealth, health, caring, rewards and risk assessment come into play. The exercises in this series are fun and yet work deeply into the soul life to first reveal, and then integrate the life lessons learned in childhood and that must be transformed in order to become a healthy adult.
